My screen is black and I lost my shortcuts to VBMS and Share. How do we get those back?

I figured it out! To get to VBMS…
1. Log in to Citrix as usual
2. Go to Desktops tab
3. Select R05-VBApp Desktop
4. When “Other User” prompt comes up, wait for “sign-in options” to show up at the bottom (for some reason there is a delay), select sign-in options
5. Select card w/chip icon
6. Enter the personal pin you normally use
7. When “Select a Certificate” prompt comes up, select “More Choices”
8. Select “Authentication”
9. Enter the personal pin you normally use
10. The desktop will come up where you can find the globe icon labled VBMS
11. Log in as usual
